Could be a chemical burn,i had a buddy who was an intern at some sort of lab where they did chemical testing for house hold products and stuff,one day he spilt some stuff that was not yet diluded on his pants,they started smoking right away and he had a very similair burn/mark on his leg and he has it to this day.

Maybe Badr Hari was messing with a chemists daughter and the Chemist decided to throw some HCL acid on him to take revenge. In order to protect himself Badr exposed his back and got burnt...LOL.

yah i have a similar thing, and I get checked out regularly because it's so blatantly obvious.. and the level he fights im SURE if it were serious it would've been addressed by now.
